How WorkHere Build Works

Step 1

Create Your Profile

The sooner you create your profile, the sooner we can get things moving for you.

Express interest by creating a WorkHere Account below and complete your profile to join the LookSee Build Group.

Remember, your profile is used to showcase yourself to our team and to employers, so please include as much detail as possible.

Step 2

Profile Evaluation

Once your profile is complete, you will go through a two-step review process before your profile is made visible to employers.

First, our Talent Team will evaluate your profile to determine whether you’re the right fit.

If your profile is approved, the next step is to submit an additional questionnaire and optional profile video for final review. If successful, your profile will be published to employers.

Step 3

Connect With Employers

Once published, your profile will become visible to participating employers.

From here, our Talent Team can help connect you with job opportunities. If our team or an employer think that you could be a good match for a role, you will receive an email to get the process started.

If it all works out, you could end up with a new job and new life in New Zealand.

This week is designed to give you the invaluable experience of meeting employers face to face and provide you with all the resources and information you need to be N.Z. ready; putting you in the best position to secure your new career and life in New Zealand.

LookSee Build event weeks will be held monthly in Auckland, New Zealand throughout 2019. Invites will be released 2 – 3 months prior to the event.

If you attend a LookSee Week in 2019 and accept a job offer from a WorkHere employer, we will reimburse up to $1,000NZD towards your travel. Please note that this will be reimbursed 90 days after your new job commences in New Zealand.

Alongside this, we provide a concierge service to help you plan your move to New Zealand. We offer one-on-one support to make your move as easy as possible. This support includes full assistance with your visa application, insurance and financial advice, housing and accommodation options, education advice for school aged children and more. Some employers may offer additional relocation packages which can be discussed with them directly during the recruitment process.
